Bridging Understanding from the
Black-American Experience and Perspective

The big weekend of Bridging Understanding from the Black-American Experience and Perspective is coming October 27-30. SAVE THE DATE!

Bring this national issue down to the personal level and talk person-to-person about your experiences, to listen to many voices so that we can take effective action. Learn about this issue from a black perspective. Learn to become a courageous conversation leader by attending one of the teach-ins that will be happening in several Sacramento-area locations!

So far, SFR has organized teach-ins at Folsom Lake College and Sacramento Public Library. Check back at the Sacramento Faces Race website for more details as the time gets closer:
