At award-winning Tijuana factory, plant offers more than just a job

One of 31 couples who married Feb. 14, 2014, at a mass wedding at the Plantronics factory in Tijuana, Mexico, pose as they receive a certificate. The factory has been named the best workplace in Mexico for three years running. Just 400 yards from the US border, its air-conditioned factory floor has natural light filtering in through the louvered roof.
